Sohofashion.ca is pleased to offer a return/exchange for merchandise purchased online at sohofashion.ca only.
For a full return and/or exchange, you must return the item back in its original condition and in its original packaging. Items must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the original sales receipt date. Items must be returned with a copy of the original sales receipt along with a note stating the reason for a return/exchange.

- Items purchased with a promo code, gift card or coupon will only allow exchanges, no returns
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item/merchandise in question does not meet our standards. No price adjustments or price matching. All sales are final on markdowns. We do not offer returns for discounted items, sale items, phone orders, and special orders.
Items purchased at other retail locations or promotional events are not eligible for return and/or exchange.
Exchange/Returns with Items Purchased from Soho Retail Locations (Outside of Sohofashion.ca)
The kiosks are individually owned + operated, so any returns/exchanges would have to be handled directly with the location you purchased from, as they keep their own inventory and have their own return/exchange policies.
Special Policy for Hair Extensions
Please note that the hair extensions are not returnable if opened out of the package because hair extensions are a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and thus, we do not allow opened items to be returned for the safety of all of our customers. We require a restocking fee for any items that were custom ordered. All returns/exchanges attempted and allowed after the first time purchase waiver will be exempt to our company's restocking fee charge.
Exchange Shipping Fees
You are responsible for all exchange shipping costs. We recommend that you send the package back to us with traceable carrier and insure the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us. In the event that you choose to forgo secured tracking, Soho will not be held responsible for lost returns.
